💳 1. Booking & Payments

How can I make a reservation?

Booking is very simple. Just enter your dates in our search engine, select the property you like the most, choose the number of guests, and complete the online payment through our secure platform.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards processed 100% securely through Stripe, and we also offer express payment with PayPal.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in total transparency. Before finalizing your booking, you will see a complete breakdown including the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, and the corresponding local taxes for each city.

What is the security deposit (Damage Waiver) and how does it work?

We require a temporary hold on your credit card for the security deposit a few days before your arrival. This hold is not a fixed charge and is automatically released 3 to 5 business days after your departure, once we verify that the property is in perfect condition and the house rules were respected.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel up to 14 days before your arrival, and a 50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.

Can I modify my reservation dates?

Yes, as long as we have availability and you request it with enough notice (subject to cancellation policies). Contact us to review your case.

🔑 2. Check-in & Check-out

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and the check-out deadline is at 11:00 AM.

How do I access the property when I arrive?

We use a self check-in system. You will receive a unique code for the smart lock and detailed instructions via email 24 hours before your arrival.

Can I request an Early Check-in or Late Check-out?

We understand that flights and plans vary. We can authorize early arrivals or late departures depending on availability and our cleaning team's schedules. This may incur an additional charge. Please request it at least 48 hours in advance.

Do I have to clean the house before I leave?

You pay a cleaning fee so our professional team can leave everything spotless. We only ask for basic things: throw the trash in the outside bins, wash the dishes (or run the dishwasher), and turn off the lights and A/C.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we love animals! Your pets are welcome in our pet-friendly properties. Just make sure to indicate it in your reservation to apply the corresponding Pet Fee. We ask you to pick up their waste and keep them off the furniture.

Is smoking or vaping allowed in the properties?

No. All our homes are 100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking, using vapes, or recreational drugs inside the house will result in the loss of your security deposit to cover a deep cleaning.

Can I host a party or event?

Parties, events, and large gatherings that exceed the maximum capacity of the property are strictly prohibited.

Are there quiet hours?

Yes. To maintain a good relationship with the neighbors, we ask you to respect the strict quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

What is the minimum age to book?

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old (or 25, depending on certain property/city regulations) and must be present throughout the stay.

Where are your properties located?

We currently have excellent vacation rental options in Florida (Tampa, Cocoa Beach, Destin) and Texas (Galveston).

Does the property have towels, sheets, and blankets?

Of course. We provide clean bedding, bath towels, and pool/beach towels (if applicable) sufficient for the number of registered guests.

Are the kitchens equipped?

Yes, all our kitchens are fully equipped with large appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave), coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and basic cutlery.

Do you offer high-speed internet?

Yes. All our properties have fast and free Wi-Fi, ideal for working from home or streaming on your devices.

Is there parking space?

Most of our properties have free on-site parking (either a private garage or designated spaces). Exact details on how many vehicles are allowed are in each home's description.

Are there cribs or high chairs for babies?

Some properties have family-friendly amenities. Check the specific home's amenity list or contact us before your arrival.
