Who we are
Dream Vacation Rental Homes is a small team that looks after every home you see on this site. When you book here you are not going through a marketplace — you are booking with the people who prepare the house, answer the phone and fix whatever needs fixing.
We choose homes for the stay they make possible — a studio ten minutes from the airport for a short trip, a cabin with room for twenty in the Smokies, a condo where you can watch a rocket launch from the balcony. Then we furnish, clean and check them ourselves, so what you saw in the photos is what opens when your code works.
You can also find our homes on the big booking platforms. We keep them there because that is where many guests start looking — but most of those platforms add a service fee to your total, and this site does not.
Why book direct
What you see is what you pay: the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, local tax and any refundable security deposit, all shown before you confirm. Most booking platforms add their own service fee on top of that same total — we don't have one.
Message us on WhatsApp and a host answers. We're available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Local Time), with an on-call line for emergencies outside those hours.
Pay securely by card and your reservation is confirmed on the spot. Your smart-lock code arrives by email 24 hours before check-in — no keys to pick up.
How it works
Card payments are processed by Stripe. The total you see includes the length-of-stay discount, if your dates qualify for one.
Your confirmation email arrives as soon as the payment clears. No waiting for a host to accept.
Each home has a smart lock. We email you a code that works for your stay only.
Early or late is sometimes possible — ask us at least 48 hours ahead. During your stay our support line stays open, with on-call cover for emergencies.
