Cancellation Policy

At Dream Vacation Rental Homes, we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our properties are ready for all guests. Which policy applies depends on how far ahead you booked and how you chose to pay.

1. Paying in full (booked 15 or more days before check-in, paid in a single payment):

• 100% refund: cancel more than 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund: cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
• No refund: cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

2. Paying in two parts (booked 15 or more days before check-in, with a deposit now and the balance charged automatically 15 days before check-in):

• 100% refund of what you've paid: cancel more than 14 days before check-in.
• No refund: cancel 14 days or less before check-in.
• If the balance can't be charged 15 days before check-in, you'll have 24 hoursto resolve it. If it's still unpaid, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.

3. Last-minute bookings (booked 14 days or less before check-in):

• Non-refundable: paid in full at booking, no refund regardless of when you cancel.

No-Shows: If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date, the total price of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Weather/Natural Disasters: We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. Refunds for weather-related events (hurricanes, storms) will only be issued if a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the specific area of the property.
