At Dream Vacation Rental Homes, we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our properties are ready for all guests. Our policy is as follows:

  • 100% Refund: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 full days before the property’s localized check-in time (4:00 PM).
  • 50% Refund: Guests who cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

No-Shows: If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date, the total price of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Weather/Natural Disasters: We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. Refunds for weather-related events (hurricanes, storms) will only be issued if a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the specific area of the property.
