Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement By booking a stay with Dream Vacation Rental Homes (DVRH), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Security Deposit & Damage Waiver A security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card/payment method prior to arrival. This is not a charge but a temporary authorization. This hold will be released within 3-5 business days after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, or violations of house rules (such as smoking or unauthorized parties) are found.

3. House Rules

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
• Smoking: All properties are 100% smoke-free (including vaping and recreational drugs). A specialized cleaning fee of $500 minimum will apply if smoking is detected.
• Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited. Occupancy must not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.
• Pets: Only allowed in designated “Pet-Friendly” properties with a paid Pet Fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: Starts at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

5. Liability DVRH is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. DVRH is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
